We ship worldwide! Whether you're in Israel, the United States, Europe, or anywhere else, we'll deliver your GlowNest products right to your door.

⏱️ Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once it ships.

📦 Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by location:

Israel: 3-7 business days
United States: 7-14 business days
Europe: 7-14 business days
Rest of World: 10-21 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer:

Free Shipping on orders over $50 USD (select countries)
Standard Shipping - Affordable rates for all locations
Express Shipping - Available for select countries (contact us for details)

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package in real-time and see exactly when it will arrive.

⚖️ Customs & Duties

For international orders, you may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.

🚨 Shipping Issues

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@glownest.com with your order number. We'll investigate and resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
